Hi
You should consult a vet.
Bad odor in dogs,,Especially when there are no visible skin/ear inf., can have multiple causes...
Possible Causes of Odor:
A.Oral Hygiene Issues – Bad breath (halitosis) can be due to plaque, tartar buildup, small open wound/ulcer in mouth, mild gum infection or periodontal disease. So regular dental care is imp.
B. Saliva/Drooling – If your dog licks or chews on things during walks, bacteria from the environment can contribute to the smell.
C. Sweat Gland Secretions – Dogs haveoil glands nd their paws/fur may absorb smells from the ground during walks.
D. Anal Glands secretion– Sometimes dogs hv slightly overactive anal glands that release an odor(especially when excited or after activity).
E. Diet & Digestion – Certain foods or indigestion can contribute to bad breath or body odor.
