She vomited three times from night till morning, she reported stomach ache also but after getting fresh no stomach ache. Just now. I gave her dalia with milk.

Give her small meals more frequently,including banana and curd,ORS after every loose motion. Medicine for fever and stomach ache when needed. If not improving,consult your paediatrician asap.
