My current state of health...any advice?

I'm always so self-conscious like stupid. Meditation does not help me overcome the same at all. Pls help me! I just do things that make me feel so stupid...m always afraid I'm gonna have an accident either on the road or off and the more I try to be careful the more it's ridiculous! Is everything fr the last time, due to my anxiety??!

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. Well medication is not helping for you self-consciousness. Then you should do mindfulness based cognitive therapy. It usually help a lot. If you can describe you symptoms little bit more then I will exclude a OCD before diagnosing any anxiety disorder. Do you have obsessive doubts ??
