Hello...... Your blood pressure is very high,  you need to consult general physician..  Take amlong 5 mg for time being..  Cause for high  blood pressure need evaluation... Headche is due to high blood pressure..  Blood pressure could be essential hypertenion or secondary hypertension, consult general physician.
