My BP increases at night whenever I eat anything beside khichadi(Very Light food) what may be the issue? Whole should I consult ? What tests are beneficial to find out the cause of this.

Please measure blood pressure on proper bp machine and make a chart of it with date and time, at various timings of the day. Try to notice if any other symptoms u have, any pain discomfort in abdomen, change in stools etc. Accordingly tests can be planned.
