My body becomes heated and itchy

I was suffering from fever from Monday  and cbc test was done . Platelets comes out to be 1.16 lakh . Doctor gave me medicine. 1) dolo 650 2) caripill 3) limcee 4) montelukast and levocetrizine 5) himalaya multivitamin After taking medicine from last 2 days . My fever comes down but my body becomes itchy and heated all the time and I m not getting sleep why ? Is it medicine reaction
