My son is 1 year and 7 months now. Today afternoon onward suddenly he started pooping pale yellow and he farts a lot after a food. When he eats something immediately he passes motion with farting. Please provide solution

Hi. Reduce milk and milk products for couple of days. Increase rice based diet and give plenty of liquids/ soup/ water to prevent dehydration.
