There are high risk HPV types detected in your cervix and these can in the long run change to HSIL/ invasive ca but it takes around 5-10 years. Next step recommended is colposcopic guided biopsy

Your pap smear shows LSIL, a mild cell change with no sign of cancer, and your HPV test is positive for a high-risk type other than 16 or 18. Your own report already advises a colposcopy with biopsy to confirm what is going on, rather than waiting for it to clear on its own.
Next Steps
Book a colposcopy with your gynaecologist soon, who will decide if a biopsy is needed based on what they see. Many HPV infections clear naturally over months, but LSIL with a positive high-risk type needs this check first, not a wait-and-watch approach.
Health Tips
Please do not delay the colposcopy for too long. Carry both your HPV and pap reports so your gynaecologist can review them together.
