My acne causing skin looks very bad

Hi , I am having acne since 19 age , but it gets controlled when I was 23 . Since last 2 years it's reduce now frequency is very less . But as the whether change like end of summer and start of rainy season . Now my acne becomes very active and starts comming one after one . Please can someone recommend solution or any effective cream so that it can reduce quickly and use whenever comes again Please help tired of it
