Please check the attached picture. This type of skin issue is shown in his body count is 4-5. Very Small(pimple size) bump is there inside redness.

Looks like mosquito bites. Protect from mosquitoes with net and apply calamine lotion twice a day for 5 days. Contact again if needed

Most probably its a mosquito bite .. make sure u use mosquito replents or nets
