My 2 years old son has chewed the primoult tablet sheet by mistake. I have immediately cleaned his mouth. Is it dangerous if he swallows a small particle?. Should I take him to any hospital immediately?

No need to worry just clean his mouth properly as you have already done that. And give them plenty of liquids to drink.
