My 10 month old kid keeps vomiting

My 10 month old kid keeps vomiting after feeding her. She throws up atleast twice a day. She keeps doing this for more than a month. She refuses to eat solid foods, drink milk and even water. We checked with the paediatricians but still there is no use. Please, I'm in need of help. Waiting for any solution to stop her from throwing up. Help me!!
