My 1 month baby boy having temperature 99.8 since last night. Can anyone suggest syrup for him.Age 1 month baby boy.

Fever in a 1 month old baby can be brought down with oral paracetamol but since baby is very young fever cannot be taken lightly so Consulting a pediatrician will be best so as to know the source of infection/fever
