5yrs ago felldown into a concrete floor @3ft height ,left side of leg at buttock side is crushed ,but no pain had been noticed that time. Now I am suffering heavy pain on left leg muscles from top to bottom .No problem is diagnosed in MRI. Let me know what is the reason for my severe pain
