Muscle spasm/aches. Fatigue/dizzy spells

For a few years now I've been experience fatigue that sometimes comes with dizziness. What I thought we're only ordinary back pains have expanded into full spasms in my right leg and back and shaky hands My regular doctor also told me that the aches were due to my pernicious anemia but it hasn't gone away with my doses of b12 and daily vitamins
