5 months back i had very hard bad massage on my left shoulder after that i stopped feeling the muscle in that region & something happened i got sort of partial numbness on left side face i got tmj osteoarthritis according to cbct scan but now i feel as if muscles are so loose , i dont feel stretch in them what is wrong please help i feel as if i have pinched nerve or something ! what could be the problem ? i have applied hot compress nothing works though i feel it will cause osteoarthritis to all my joints on left

Looks like a muscle might be damaged. If you got the neck twisting massage done, there’s a good chance that some nerve got damaged too
