Hi I got muscle pain in my upper back left side ..below the neck..that area got swollen..i hv applied omnigel..not sure if its effective..i cannot bent my neck backwards..not downwards..pl suggest.

Hello trauma Muscle spasm Torticollis should be ruled out consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
