I am type 2 diabetic. Currently taking half of glicol m and tenlifast 20 mg. after meal at 10 morning and one tab glicol m at 8 evening after meal. Fasting b.g. is 110 units and p.p. is 160 units. Of late I started developing muscle pain in both shoulders. What could be the problem?

Are you taking any other tablets such as cholesterol tablets? Sometimes these tablets can cause muscle aches and pains. If you are not taking any of these tablets check vit D and calcium levels and consult your physician.
