While playing cricket I fell down awkwardly backside while trying to run and from next day I'm having a muscle pain just below waist and above right knee. While sleeping or sedentary position there is no pain but while walking or while pressing it I'm having pain at the muscle area. No issues with the bone and no change in sharp btw two legs at that area either. Juts if it's a blood clot or wat to be done plz help me with tablets
