Since last 2 weeks im having muscle ache in shoulder, arms, calfs. Im feeling tired throughout the day, also having heavy breathing. Apart from that im having acid reflux issues. Im unable to get what is happening exactly

Does heavy breathing occurs doing some activities? Do you have a job which requires physical strength? Does pain goes away after resting? Don't skip meals. Avoid rushing meals. avoid heavy meals avoid spicy oily food. Hydrate yourself . Get a CBC ,vit b12 folic acid test done .
