In today's busy lifestyle we often miss important nutrients in our diet. So just curious if i can take multivitamins for hair growth.. If yes which one would be best..

Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. No,  I wouldn't suggest multivitamin tablets. Instead, increase your protein consumption. If you eat non veg then eat it more often. Otherwise get more dals, beans, paneer etc. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have flax seeds. Eat spinach regularly. This will help with hair growth.
