Hello my baby is 4 month old...I am on exclusive breastfeeding..I am feeling so much tired sometimes and my hair also started to fall..my gynecologist told me to take a multivitamin...can I take centrum multivitamin gummies...but it contains pomegranate extract...is it safe while breastfeeding...I am enclosing the product information.. please help..
