Dear sir Now a days every one suggesting to increase immunity so .. my age 31 yrs unmarried sometime am getting leg and body pains so I thought can I use this attached tablet the name is becadexamin .. multi vitamin tabmet bottle it's very cheap price .. pls sugegst attached photo also . If yes so pls tell me best time  to take .. after food or before food pls tell also ...
