There are multiple small blisters on my chest from last 5 6 days which I initially thought due to may be excessive sweat or rupture due to my cloths. But, these blisters spreaded and now at one place in circular manner there are around 20 small blisters which are very itchy and some times burns. Blisters have clear fluid. Please suggest how can i get rid of these.
