Multiple lymph nodes on neck. No pain & no other symptoms or problems in the body. FNAC done and it is normal. Ultrasound report is attached.

Usg description regarding lymph nodes details is not mentioned like necrosis if any,,u can take anti inflammatory for a wk,nd consult an ENT Surgeon for better evaluation

Sir u need to consult and give detailed history like how long the swelling has been there, need to show ua oral cavity oropharynx etc
