Multiple Issues: Anal Fissure, Groin Ras

2026-08-08 13:57:20
Doctor, please advise on multiple issues: 1. Digestive/Anal: Recurring bleeding anal tear (fissure) causing severe sitting pain. Anal crease skin is raw, cracked, peeling, and itching after cleaning buildup. History of drinking almost no water (1 glass in 3 days), now jumped to 2L+ daily, causing internal vibrations/bloating. I skip breakfast for college bus & cut out sugar. Taking Duphalac 15mL & Anovate. 2. Groin Rash: White layer/film in inner thigh crease; peeling it reveals red skin with bad odor. Have Clocip-B cream at home. 3. Vaginal & Body: Liquid, foul-smelling vaginal discharge. Persistent itching in pubic and underarm areas. Have unopened old vaginal cream. 4. Mental Health: Struggling with severe emotional numbness, burnout, feeling aimless, and mental distress from chronic pain. Questions: - How to heal raw anal crease skin & fissure safely? - Is Clocip-B safe for groin fold rash? - Need fresh prescription for discharge/itching? - How to adjust diet/waterwithoutbloat

Hi I can imagine how difficult it is to go through all these at once. anal fissure and groin rash can extend into vagina and urethral opening leading to vaginal and urine infections. i see some amount of need for responsibility from your side. drinking 1 glass of water in 3 days is not right. you should take care of yourself. you are still a college going girl. focus on your health 1st. i would suggest you to meet a general surgeon in person for anal fissure. anal fissure will take time to heal and there is a chance of recurrence as well. so meet a general surgeon and see what treatment options you have. second ....seek opinion for vaginal foul smelling discharge and itching. more than anything else follow their advise. i see the major issue is you know whats wrong with you, you very well know medication, you have the medicine with you as well....but still you are hesitant to take them,. don't know why. doctors can only diagnose and write medicine, suggest whets good for you. if you neglect, then it will lead to chronic irreparable damage. please take care of yourself

I understand you are dealing with several uncomfortable symptoms, and it is better to address each one properly. For the anal fissure, keep your stools soft, avoid straining, drink water regularly, increase fibre gradually, and take warm sitz baths for 10-15 minutes after bowel movements. Since the fissure is recurring and painful, please see a General Surgeon for proper examination and treatment. For the groin rash, avoid using Clocip-B on your own, as steroid-containing creams can sometimes make fungal rashes worse. For the foul-smelling vaginal discharge and itching, please see a Gynecologist rather than using an old cream; you may need a simple examination and appropriate treatment. Also, the emotional stress and exhaustion you are experiencing are important and should not be ignored- please discuss them with a doctor or counsellor. If you develop severe pain, fever, heavy bleeding, or worsening discharge, please feel free consult me
