Hi , I'm a 28 year old female and I have been diagnosed with multiple gallstones size between 12 to 15 mm,I have a 1 year old baby and I'm breastfeeding,So to avoid surgery I'm planning to take siddha and homeo treatment to see if it gets cured. I visited homeo doctor and he prescribed these homeo medicines but I'm scared if it will pass to my baby through Breast Milk as I read that breastfeeding mothers should not take these but my homeo doctors says he has given only safe medicines.

Avoid alternative medicine. It can cause all type of complications. Plan surgery soon. Breast feeding it routinely done for 6 months as per govt guidelines. So u can plan surgery soon

If you are seeking an answer from allopathy, there us no medicine that can dissolve gallstones. It requires the surgical removal of gallbladder called Laparoscopic cholecystectomy. There is no need to avoid surgery due to breast feeding.
