Multiple cyst in both ovaries

So I have multiple cyst in both ovaries , and my period always change the date .. and I have cramps 3 days before periods and my period over 3 days back , after 5 days period, 6th day and 7th I had brown spotting or discharge I don't know what to called with period like cramps .. and it's 8th day and I still have pain in my ovaries .. is this because of cyst.
