Dear parent. The  child suffers every time the treatment is postponed. Infact each time the pain increases . So don't delay any more. Start the dental treatment on a clinic you feel all your doubts have been answered. Now regarding general anaesthesia- if you don't want general anesthesia discuss with the dentist about doing it with local anaesthesia. Just that it needs great cooperation from parents . As multiple visits will be needed. Many parents falter here. The Moment pain subsides the parent misses the rest of the appointment. Then the child experiences pain after a while.  Hope this helped
Next Steps
visit a dental clinic in your city. avoid self diagnosis and self treatment.

Hi, Can you please share any x-ray taken for the decay teeth. If the teeth decay are deep, it is advisable to treat it immediately and not postpone.
