  4. Multifetal pregnancy. It harm my baby?

I am 11 weeks pregnant with 4 feotus . Dr have advised me for multifetal reduction process. Last time I undergo missed abortion my report of PTTLA anticoagulant was very high so this tym I am on enoxaparin 40 injection daily. But for reduction Dr have advised me to stop inj for three days before process and also to stop ecospirin tab . Should I stop them will it harm my baby??

Enoxiparin is blood thinner. If u don't stop it, u may have bleeding during fetal reduction.  So better to stop Enoxiparin n Ecosprin.  Stopping for 3 days will not harm ur fetus.
