I have prescribed methotrexate 7.5mg /weekly along with folic acid for sero negative arthritis by my orthopedic doctor. For irregular periods my gynaecologist prescribed D3 60K / weekly and calcium every day. Is it fine to take both together? So many confusion after reading some articles. Can any doctor help me out please. What side effects taking steroids and what can be done for... Please guide me doctors..

What are your complaints? Aches and pains are secondary to lifestyle, the way we use our body and the way the body reciprocates to pain. Multiple area pains are most of the times due to loading of those body parts to protect some other body part which gets labelled as sero negative arthritis most times.
Next Steps
focus on your lifestyle, work in an ergonomic manner and do stretching exercises.
Health Tips
we can do a teleconsultation if you want.

Hello, Methotrexate and calcium can be taken on the same day but folic acid should not be taken on the day of taking Methotrexate. Besides, you should consult a Rheumatologist for your arthritis treatment rather than a Orthopedecian.
