My Son facing recurrent stomach pain for a minute 3-4 times in a day. No Vomiting no fever. So in ultrasound we got two results "too much gas" and mesenteric lymph nodes largest is 16*7mm He is on medicine now and we already stopped all dairy products now. So in how much time it will reduce.
