My sister is Having mucus in stool since one month.. help me out. She is in a place where no doctors are available.( A remote village).. pls help me out..

It might be amoebic dysentery. Need further evaluation. For the time being you can give her 1) TAB O2 500MG TWICE A DAY AFTER FOOD. 2) TAB RABEPRAZOLE 20 MG ONCE A DAY BEFORE FOOD. TAKE THIS MEDICATION FOR SEVEN DAYS. It will need further evaluation after 7 days.PLS GET HER STOOL EXAMINED BEFORE STARTING THE MEDICATION. IF THE SYMPTOMS PERSISTS PLS TELL HER TO SHOW AT ANY PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRE IN VILLAGE.
