Mucus in stool.

I have notice mucus in stool for about three four days , I took Colonoscopy ten days back , result came back normal. Report also attached  .What is the treatment of mucus in stool. Please advice

Mucus in stools is normal. But when it is yellowish it may be due to G I problem like IBS
Next Steps
if mucus in stools is related to diet.patient should take more drinking water high fibre diet.patient should take  medication for IBS and life style modification
