The dog might have been dehydrated and constipated in my opinion...or there could have been some obstruction within it's gut... While occasional vomiting may happen in small breeds, persistent symptoms over 2–3 d should nt be ignored. What you can do at home temporarily,,Feed small, frequent meals of easily digestible food like plain boiled chicken and rice.AVOID giving any rich treats or dairy products. You may give antacid once daily on an empty stomach(Check doses with ur vet, typically smaller doses 5mg for small breeds) for stomach acid relief. You can also use a probiotic to suport gut health. However, if vomiting continues or your dog becomes lethargic or refuses to eat, I strongly advise a veterinary visit.
