Mucus from 2 year
I have always mucus in my throat and chest heaviness when i checked sinus was not there and docs said even chest xray is clear what can be the reason!! Its really bothering me
It can be reflux issues which causes this kind of symptoms
Try increasing your water intake
Make sure you avoid spicy oily and junk food items
You should get one nasal endoscopy to see if there is some issue with your nose … also post nasal drip has to be evaluated

Possibly acid reflux. Sometimes post nasal drip due to minimal sinusitis which is not evident on xray.
