Mucous in stool

My 7months old baby is having mucus like stools and he is passing 3-4 times daily since last 10 days. He is into formula feed since birth. Sporolac powder and zinc .5ml he is taking since last three days, his activity has been same, no blood or clots in stool. Is it normal?. What shall i do?

If the child is active , taking feeds well , no tummy distension , no fever , passing urine normally then no need to worry . If u feel frequency of stools has increased , blood in stools , need to examine the baby

If there is no blood in stool then don’t worry If you are using bottle feeding then stop it .. try to give by vati chamacha.. Use ZN nd d drops for 14 days ORS
