I feel my throat and nose choked and snoring while sleeping with back support .My Ct scan report shows " mucosal Polyps measuring 10 mm and 30mm in both maxillary sinuses .Also lamilliar concha seen involving bilateral Middle turbinates.Nasal septrum are normal".what does it mean and what is the treatment ???

First of all u need an endoscopy. U can try steroid nasal sprays for the time being. Need to see the scan also.
