Quality of MRI machine, whether is 3 Tesla, 1.5 Tesla or less.
Tupelo of MRI advised, with or without contrast, with or without sedation.
Whether prints were given or not.
Radiologist experience and expertise in reporting.
Cost may vary a lot. I send my patient to best MRI center with 3 Tesla machine, cost is around 7,000.
