Let the patient be examined by a doctor clinically as MRI alone cant decide plan of treatment. The given MRI has early changes in most aspects. These days there are lot of good options like platelet rich plasma injections which can help a lot without any need for surgery. Better to consult in person.
Health Tips
Try not to sit with a bent knee.
