Good morning sir/ Madam Kindly check and  help us to suggest attached Mri scan report for what is the problem. He is 60 years old and he is a farmer. kindly suggest What is the problem and further treatment . Thank in advance Raghu

Hi.  What are the symptoms. He need x-ray of CV junction to decide whether surgery is required or only medical treatment.
Next Steps
X-ray CV junction lateral view flexion and extension and NCCT CV junction

It is cvj compression leading to symptoms..... It could be either Tubercular or inflammation like rheumatoid..... Needs evaluation by a neurosurgeon
