  4. MRI report. Signifies? is this normal?

Yesterday I had MRI of brain and my reports shows everything is normal except this line mentioned at the end "MR findings are suggestive of Few small chronic ischemic foci in supratentorial white matter." What does this signifies??pls help ..I am very scared after reading this...is this normal??
