MRI report of my mothers back pain

My mother is 53 years old and she is mostly active all the time as she is a principal. But she has back pain and knee pain from a long time. recently her back pain increased so much that she was not even able to sit, walk or stand. she had done MRI after that and i would like to consult with the doctor on her report. Please suggest what to do and what is the requirement right now for her? will be she be okay with the medicine? does she need physiotherapy? how serious is it? attaching the report with this

However I would like to examine & investigate your mother in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no  pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac .
