Mr Sujit Kumar, you are only 45, most probably this happened due to trauma. Your muscle bulk is preserved - it is better to do surgery now in the form of cuff repair. Otherwise - if it is delayed you may loose muscle bulk and lipid deposition and atrophy happens and it contracts- it may not be possible to repair. Gradually you may develop cuff tear arthropathy.
