Sir, mri for neck and mri for cervical spine both are same or different iam unable to lift head normally using hand support for lifting head please suggest me how to overcome this problem sir, sudden jerk movement came in my neck suddenly it bend down.after that iam facing problem with my head. Please suggest me how to overcome this problem sir facing lot of pressure and heaviness in head sir while lifting and bending lot of pain in my spine. I have done mri for spine it is normal
