MRI findings along with C.S Xray observa

Attached are my MRI findings. also cervical spine xray observations are: cervical spine strightening and vertebral bodies shows marginal osteophytes In this case what kind of treatment I have to go for. Also what are the precautions I have to take and how many weeks rest is required.Is there any surgery required in this particular case. Thank you!

I have gone through your MRI. But the decision to operate or not depends upon the symptoms you have. There is definitely problem in the spine for which treatment is needed.
