Dear Sir, Below are the finding that were described in my MRI brain with contrast today MRI findings show blooming specks on gradient sequence in the right perirolandic region and frontal para-sagittal region suggestive of calcified granulomas. Is it anything I have to worry about

nothing to worry.  looks like some old healed infection.  better to consult a neurologist in your city
