Hello sir, I understand that you seem to be disturbed owing to your brother's condition..But more information will be required to evaluate the recurring symptoms (although not similar  in presentation) like age, onset , duration, frequency per day, associated characteristic signs, interepisodic status and  the mental status examination along with physical examination will be the pivotal part to reach a diagnosis for further course of treatment...Can you provide the provisional diagnosis your Psychiatrist had made...I advise you to discuss the case with another Psychiatrist for your help if possible or share your concerns with the same...
