Can i use movicol for more than 2 years? Starting of the stool becomes dry and hard to pass if i stop movicol, despite drinking enough water and taking enough fibre and exercising.

It's not advisable to use movicol for so long, take probiotics like curd and vizylac tablet Twice a day along with syrup aristozyme 1tsp three times a day, along with fibres and excercise. Also use natural isabghula 2tsp with lukewarm water at night instead of movicol, then we'll see It's progress.

U usually cant . however taking a DULCOLEX tablet may be helpful but the real help would be to get a PL ENEMA for chronic constipation and after a session onwards u can survive without laxatives
