I felt feeble movements for past 4 days and today I didn't feel anything / I am currently in 21st week . I am so frightened. Pls advise First time mom

Nothing to worry this is normal avoid stress, take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid pineapple and papya, drink plenty of water

At 21 st wk movement are feeble so sometimes happens .dont panic. Have glucon d and lie down in left lateral  position and wait  for sometime.
